Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2026
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps for clients in AI, biotech, and climate innovation
- Conduct scenario planning workshops for executive teams on future market disruptions
- Author proprietary trend reports and foresight frameworks adopted by industry leaders
- Build cross-functional innovation labs with Fortune 500 partners
- Present future intelligence at global forums (Web Summit, Davos, CES)
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing implementable future scenarios for 2026+ timelines
- Expertise in at least two domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Exceptional data synthesis and visualization skills (Tableau, Python, R)
- Executive-level presentation experience with Fortune 500 audiences
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
