Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026-focused roadmaps for quantum computing and biotech integration
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual innovation budgets
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT, and EU tech consortiums
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in R&D, product innovation, or tech strategy leadership
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives to production
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Biotechnology, or Futurism
- Experience securing $3M+ innovation grants or budgets
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (2025-2030 horizon)
- Portfolio of launched products with >$50M revenue impact
