Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 5-year technology foresight roadmap identifying disruptive trends in AI, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups for ecosystem integration
- Author thought leadership content and patent filings for breakthrough technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design methodologies for future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends with documented industry impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI
