- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs and ROI targets
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch next-gen technologies
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Secure strategic partnerships with academia and industry pioneers
- Present innovation strategies to investors and board members
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with risk mitigation protocols
- Foster culture of experimentation and rapid iteration across global offices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products
- Expertise in futures forecasting and scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their applications
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) preferred
