Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with global standards (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Lead cross-functional audits of AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop governance policies for generative AI and autonomous decision-making systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI lifecycle
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging AI risks and societal impacts
- Represent the organization in industry consortiums on responsible AI development
- Train stakeholders on ethical AI deployment and compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in AI governance, risk management, or technology ethics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST guidelines)
- Proven experience implementing bias mitigation and explainability techniques
- Deep understanding of AI fairness, accountability, and transparency principles
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
