Responsibilities
- Develop strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast technological disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Conduct scenario planning for regulatory changes and geopolitical impacts on innovation
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and integrate emerging technologies
- Create executive-level reports on future-proofing business models and operational resilience
- Mentor junior futurists on predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
- Represent the company at global innovation summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and predictive modeling software
- Strong network in Silicon Valley tech ecosystems and VC communities
- Prior experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and government entities
- PhD in Technology Policy, Systems Engineering, or related field
