Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging technologies, market disruptions, and socio-economic shifts impacting our 2026 landscape
- Develop and publish strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to align innovation roadmaps with future opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry disruptors to co-create future-ready solutions
- Present compelling futures narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings, white papers, and keynote presentations
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Champion a culture of innovation and future-readiness across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (Master's or PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation (articles, books, reports)
