- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate, and human augmentation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer 2026 breakthroughs
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and societal impact by 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful execution of multi-year tech transformation projects
- Strong understanding of global tech policy and ethical frameworks for 2026
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced R&D environments
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
