Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 5-year innovation roadmap for emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype and launch minimum viable products
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and portfolio performance
- Pitch and secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets from executive stakeholders
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, product development, or strategic consulting
- Proven track record launching at least 3 disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and future forecasting
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CII) preferred
- Fluency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Python) and innovation frameworks
