Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends and market signals to forecast 2026 industry disruptions
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for long-term innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for executive decision-making
- Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisition targets in emerging tech domains
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and data scientists
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps for 2025+
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology domains
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in data-driven trend analysis
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience managing remote teams and global stakeholder networks
