Responsibilities

- Lead quantum error correction protocol development for fault-tolerant operations
- Develop quantum-safe encryption standards for 2026 security landscape
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across physics, engineering, and AI domains
- Establish quantum benchmarking methodologies for industry-wide adoption
- Drive patent innovation in quantum networking and distributed quantum computing
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum control electronics
- Proven track record in designing large-scale quantum computing architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance principles
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
