Responsibilities
- Define and execute the R&D strategy aligned with the company’s vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a team of world-class engineers and researchers in developing breakthrough technologies.
- Identify emerging market trends and technologies to drive product innovation.
- Manage the R&D budget and allocate resources effectively across high-priority projects.
- Collaborate with product management and marketing to ensure technical feasibility of future roadmaps.
- Oversee the patenting process and protect intellectual property.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in R&D, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading innovative projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, or Biotech preferred).
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
