Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing protocols into classical machine learning pipelines to enhance computational speed and efficiency.
- Develop and optimize deep learning models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Neural Networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and software engineers to translate theoretical research into production-ready applications.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for AI development within the organization.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and implementing new tools and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Mechanics.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering and AI/ML development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust, with deep expertise in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX.
- Experience with quantum computing SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or cloud-based quantum processors is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive projects from conception to deployment.
