- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership on paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, and sustainability
- Curate global networks of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Expertise in scenario planning and probabilistic forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major future-shaping initiatives
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive analytics
