Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks, scenario planning models, and innovation roadmaps
- Present actionable insights to executive leadership through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product concepts and prototypes
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and thought leadership initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruptors affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in trend analysis, scenario planning, and data modeling
- Outstanding communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism, strategy, or innovation journals
