Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to identify 2026 market opportunities
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D and product teams to integrate future insights into 3-5 year roadmaps
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their implications
- Build and cultivate an ecosystem of futurists, innovators, and industry thought leaders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic briefs for leadership and investors
- Drive organizational adoption of foresight methodologies across departments
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or MBA with specialization
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology assessment frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and their trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation journals
- Experience building and managing cross-organizational innovation initiatives
