- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' forecasting market shifts and competitive landscapes
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation maturity across product lines
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify acquisition targets in nascent sectors
- Represent company at global forums on future-focused policy and ethics
- Mentor junior talent in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership within tech/consulting
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Deep understanding of ethical implications of advanced AI/automation
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful long-term technology implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
