- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities and resource allocation
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our company as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into R&D pipelines and innovation sprints
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory landscapes to anticipate risks and opportunities for 2026 expansion
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers for trend forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and translating foresight into executable strategies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering C-level briefings and board-level insights
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry-leading publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method) and analytical tools
- Track record of influencing organizational strategy with data-driven future-vision recommendations
