Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives
- Partner with R&D to translate future trends into tangible product development pipelines
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track organizational adoption of strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech impacts (AI, quantum computing, bioengineering)
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Experience scaling innovation in high-growth tech environments
