As a key architect of tomorrow, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to anticipate paradigm shifts in AI, biotech, sustainability, and human augmentation. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and long-term capital allocation in an era of exponential change.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026+ foresight framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive technologies and socio-economic megatrends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and nurture a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry pioneers
- Quantify market opportunities and risks for emerging technologies with ROI modeling
- Advise leadership on ethical implications and governance frameworks for breakthrough innovations
- Represent the company at global forums (World Economic Forum, TED, etc.) as a thought leader
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of publishing trend analysis in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex scenarios into stakeholder narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
