Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop and present scenario-based strategic roadmaps for executive leadership
- Coordinate with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for key stakeholders and investors
- Design and facilitate strategic planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, technological acceleration, and demographic changes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience to Fortune 500 audiences
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Published thought leadership in futures or innovation publications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex strategic transformations
