Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap leading up to and through 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Pilot Emerging Tech: Identify and prototype high-impact emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Autonomous Systems) for commercial deployment.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex futuristic concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to secure buy-in and resources.
- Innovation Labs: Lead the internal innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global tech trends to forecast disruptions and opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or executive leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Tech Acumen: Deep understanding of the technology landscape expected in 2026, including AI, IoT, and Cloud Infrastructure.
