Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive trend analysis for 2026 market landscapes across technology, sustainability, and consumer behavior
- Develop data-driven strategic roadmaps using AI forecasting tools and scenario modeling
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and executive teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Planning, Futures Studies, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Expertise in trend forecasting methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi techniques)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI analytics platforms
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AI, IoT)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex insights into action
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
