Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain multi-scenario strategic roadmaps with quantitative and qualitative impact assessments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Establish key performance indicators and monitoring systems for tracking strategic initiative progress
- Present compelling future scenarios to executive leadership and board members to drive data-informed decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3.0 disruption vectors
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or advanced analytics preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ completed multi-year strategic foresight projects
