Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies and market disruptors
- Produce actionable white papers and executive briefings on future industry trajectories
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic initiatives' impact on organizational growth
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to scout breakthrough innovations
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and senior leadership teams
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking (e.g., CFPS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
