Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype solutions for 2026's biggest market disruptions
- Present quarterly strategic foresight briefings to C-suite and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech) into competitive business strategies
- Architect the company's innovation pipeline for 2026-2030 with measurable KPIs
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work and societal impact trends
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals (HBR, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones and cultural contexts
