What you'll achieve:

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 business landscapes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into organizational DNA
- Present compelling futures narratives to internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic horizon scanning across 15+ emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, etc.)
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Assessments with strategic recommendations
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints focused on 2026 opportunities
- Author thought leadership pieces on industry transformation
- Maintain proprietary foresight database with trend analysis
- Advise R&D teams on next-generation technology investments
- Represent company at global futurism and innovation forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and societal change patterns
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) required
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating futures projects with measurable outcomes
