Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with global megatrends and regulatory shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in quantum cryptography and autonomous systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape policy frameworks
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercialization potential
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor innovation fellows and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals on technological forecasting or innovation ecosystems
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech modeling
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption scenarios
- Fluency in scenario planning frameworks and predictive analytics methodologies
- Portfolio of successfully implemented future-oriented initiatives with measurable ROI
