Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce quarterly trend reports analyzing technological disruptions, regulatory shifts, and socio-cultural evolutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future perspectives into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
- Mentor junior futurists and develop internal futures literacy programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, FPFS) preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology evolution
