Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 AI innovation strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing and prototyping next-gen AI systems (AGI, quantum AI, neural interfaces)
- Anticipate and address ethical implications, regulatory challenges, and societal impacts of emerging AI technologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Establish industry partnerships and academic collaborations to advance AI research boundaries
- Develop thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning QuantumLeap as an AI futurist authority
- Monitor global AI trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in AI/ML, Computer Science, or Futurism with 8+ years of technical leadership
- Proven track record in developing and deploying AI systems at scale (3+ major projects)
- Deep expertise in emerging AI domains: generative adversarial networks, quantum computing applications, neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional strategic planning abilities with documented success in 5-year horizon technology roadmaps
- Strong understanding of AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI implementation practices
- Excellent communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or patents in AI/ML or future technology domains
