Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Develop 2026 industry scenario models and strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future trends
- Produce executive briefings and innovation roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate emerging startups and technologies for potential partnerships
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or executive leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, technology management, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
