Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic roadmap by analyzing emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing business models
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government bodies, and industry disruptors
- Author quarterly foresight reports predicting industry transformations and competitive threats
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and innovation strategists
- Drive organizational adoption of agile methodologies for long-term planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into revenue-generating initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-driven trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing C-level audiences
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies: quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, and sustainable tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., from University of Houston)
