Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech sectors
- Develop predictive models for market disruptions and consumer behavior shifts through 2026
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive leadership
- Author white papers and thought leadership publications on emerging future scenarios
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and senior stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and system dynamics modeling
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic foresight projects
- Experience working with C-suite executives in tech-forward organizations
