- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for quantum and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive board decision-making
- Identify and secure partnerships with emerging tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs for measuring progress toward 2026 milestones
- Advain on regulatory and ethical implications of breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Exceptional visualization and storytelling capabilities for complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Certification in Horizon Scanning or Scenario Planning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-proofing initiatives
