Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published author or recognized speaker in innovation and futurism circles
- Proficiency in foresight tools like Delphi method, horizon scanning, and causal layered analysis
