Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Create predictive models using AI-driven forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights from technology, sociology, and economics
- Design innovation roadmaps for emerging domains (quantum computing, neurotech, climate resilience)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term strategic outcomes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-state business models
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic forecasting
- Proven track record translating foresight into executable business strategy
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research methodologies
