- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in biotech and digital twins
- Present strategic foresight to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Curate and maintain the 2026 Horizon Scanning intelligence database
- Mentor junior futurists and establish ethical guardrails for emerging technologies
- Author quarterly trend briefings distributed to Fortune 500 partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with complex technical concepts
- Experience publishing in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
