Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging technological frontiers
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-forward concepts, from AI-driven ecosystems to decentralized autonomous organizations
- Analyze horizon-scanning data across quantum computing, biotech, and neurotech to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present strategic futures to executive stakeholders and board members, translating complex scenarios into compelling narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to incubate 2026-viable innovations
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic trends to anticipate paradigm shifts affecting our 2026 strategy
- Champion a culture of futurist thinking across the organization, embedding foresight methodologies into daily operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research with proven impact on long-term roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neural interfaces, or Web3)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous, high-uncertainty environments
- Published thought leadership in futures studies, technology forecasting, or innovation strategy
- MBA or advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning, Delphi technique)
- Track record of incubating innovations from concept to market-ready solutions with multi-year horizons
