- Author quarterly futures reports with data-driven predictions for 15+ industries
- Manage cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and designers in prototype development
- Secure $2M+ in annual innovation funding through strategic partnerships
- Present at global forums including Davos and TED Future conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and establish university collaboration programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., Future Studies Quarterly)
- Proven track record of scaling solutions from concept to $50M+ impact
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis frameworks
- Proficiency in futures simulation tools (e.g., SAM, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience securing government and private sector innovation grants
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects deployed by 2024
