- Produce high-impact trend briefings and strategic white papers for executive decision-making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders across all departments

Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
