- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the company’s long-term goals and mission for the year 2026.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate high-level strategy into actionable roadmaps for cross-functional teams, ensuring clear milestones and deliverables.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies and market shifts to identify opportunities and mitigate risks for the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead regular strategy sessions with executive leadership, board members, and department heads to review progress and pivot as necessary.
- Innovation Leadership: Foster a culture of innovation by championing R&D initiatives and experimental projects aimed at disrupting the industry by 2026.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize organizational resources to maximize impact, ensuring budget and talent are directed toward high-value 2026 strategic priorities.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and report on them to the board.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) is preferred.

- Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and strategic planning software.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt strategy based on real-time market feedback.
