Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with long-term corporate objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, decentralized systems)
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Present innovation roadmaps to the board and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in next-gen methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- MBA or advanced technical degree from top-tier institution
- Experience scaling teams from 20 to 200+ professionals
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
