Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap aligned with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercialization potential
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching 3-5 disruptive products/services by 2026
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D initiatives, and talent development programs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and C-suite executives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.) and future trends
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology field
- Strong financial acumen for R&D budgeting and ROI analysis
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future technologies
