Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technical roadmap, aligning engineering capabilities with business objectives.
- Architect next-generation cloud-native solutions using microservices and serverless computing paradigms.
- Lead the integration of AI and Machine Learning models into core production workflows.
- Establish enterprise-grade security protocols and disaster recovery strategies.
- Drive technical decision-making across the organization, mentoring senior architects and engineers.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into user value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, or Java, and deep experience with distributed systems.
- Strong command of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
