Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech sectors
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable foresight reports
- Design and validate future scenarios using predictive modeling and simulation tools
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and maintain a global network of domain experts and thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or trend analysis at top-tier firms
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Proven track record of delivering C-level strategic insights with measurable impact
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Published thought leadership in futures/innovation publications (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
