Responsibilities

- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring long-term innovation impact

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining initiatives with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Social Sciences (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTR) or equivalent
- Experience scaling innovation in Fortune 500 environments
