Responsibilities
- Develop and implement corporate sustainability strategy aligned with 2026 UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing circular economy models and carbon-neutral product lifecycles
- Identify and integrate breakthrough technologies: carbon capture, green hydrogen, and bio-based materials
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Establish ESG reporting frameworks and track KPIs using advanced analytics platforms
- Drive innovation sprints for sustainable packaging and renewable energy solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and Board of Directors with ROI projections
Qualifications
- 10+ years in sustainability management, climate tech, or corporate innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Engineering, or MBA with sustainability focus
- Proven expertise in circular economy principles and lifecycle assessment methodologies
- Deep knowledge of carbon markets, ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB), and climate regulations
- Experience scaling sustainability initiatives across multinational organizations
- Certification in LEED, SBTi, or equivalent sustainability credential
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with executive presence
