Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Lead cross-departmental ESG task forces to integrate circular economy principles
- Oversee carbon footprint analysis and reduction strategies for 15+ global offices
- Forge strategic partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Design scalable sustainability KPI frameworks for executive reporting
- Present annual sustainability strategies to C-suite and Board of Directors
- Drive employee engagement through internal sustainability advocacy programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record implementing ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Expertise in carbon accounting tools and life cycle assessment methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management experience across C-suite, investors, and NGOs
- Proficiency in sustainability data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep knowledge of emerging climate regulations (SEC climate disclosures, EU CSRD)
