Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AR/VR, AI ethics) to develop 3-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026 market readiness
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation investments with long-term business objectives
- Produce whitepapers and scenario forecasts for next-gen technology adoption
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory factors impacting tech evolution timelines
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven expertise in predictive analytics and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
