Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech integration, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-viable solutions using bleeding-edge tools
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key industry stakeholders
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of radical innovation
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
- Fluency in future-tech frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
